Et pourtant, les bienfaits que les judokas pourraient en retirer sont nombreux.<\/p>\n<p>Le judo, qui originellement est un art martial, est devenu au fil de son \u00e9volution un sport de comp\u00e9tition, ou l\u2019aspect physique a parfois tendance \u00e0 prendre l\u2019ascendant sur les aspects techniques et mentaux. Pourtant, Jigoro Kano l\u2019a imagin\u00e9 comme une m\u00e9thode globale visant \u00e0 optimiser l\u2019utilisation de ses ressources \u00e0 la fois physiques et mentales. Travailler pour am\u00e9liorer ses comp\u00e9tences psychologiques est une d\u00e9marche que certains judokas effectuent depuis quelques ann\u00e9es, mais qui reste encore en retrait par rapport \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration physique et \u00e0 l\u2019entra\u00eenement technico-tactique.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chercher des moyens de progresser en dehors du judo<\/strong><br \/>\nAller chercher de l\u2019expertise dans d\u2019autres disciplines est une d\u00e9marche qui s\u2019av\u00e8re souvent b\u00e9n\u00e9fique. Dans le domaine de la pr\u00e9paration physique, on l\u2019a vu avec l\u2019utilisation de la pliom\u00e9trie. Cette m\u00e9thode d\u2019entra\u00eenement musculaire \u00e9tait initialement utilis\u00e9e dans les sports de d\u00e9tente comme le volley et le basket-ball. Puis, progressivement, elle s\u2019est r\u00e9pandue dans d\u2019autres sports, au point de devenir l\u2019un des outils que la plupart des pr\u00e9parateurs physiques connaissent et utilisent en fonction de leurs besoins.<\/p>\n<p>On le voit \u00e9galement avec les \u00e9volutions techniques que le judo a pu conna\u00eetre. Il y a quelques ann\u00e9es, avant que le r\u00e8glement international n\u2019interdise les saisies aux jambes, des nouvelles techniques issues des diff\u00e9rentes formes de luttes ont montr\u00e9 leur efficacit\u00e9 sur les tatamis. Actuellement, sous l\u2019influence du Jujitsu br\u00e9silien, on voit une \u00e9volution dans la mani\u00e8re qu\u2019ont certains judokas d\u2019aborder le ne-waza.<\/p>\n<p>Chercher, s\u00e9lectionner et tester les meilleurs techniques\u00a0: c\u2019est exactement ce que Jigoro Kano a fait lorsqu\u2019il a cr\u00e9\u00e9 le judo. C\u2019est l\u00e0 que l\u00e0 les diff\u00e9rentes formes de m\u00e9ditation peuvent jouer un r\u00f4le int\u00e9ressant dans la progression du judoka.<\/p>\n<p>On notera que de nombreux dirigeants politiques ou \u00e9conomiques ont recours \u00e0 la m\u00e9ditation pour am\u00e9liorer leurs performances. Cette pratique, qui consiste \u00e0 ramener son attention sur l\u2019instant pr\u00e9sent, aide \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper ses capacit\u00e9s de concentration. Elle a d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait ses preuves dans des disciplines o\u00f9 la concentration est primordiale, et on la retrouve \u00e0 un haut niveau dans la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/fr.888poker.com\/magazine\/poker-world\/mindfulness-sharpens-your-edge-in-poker-and-life\/\">pratique du poker<\/a>. On peut citer l\u2019Am\u00e9ricain Joe\u00a0Marchal (m\u00e9daill\u00e9 mondial universitaire), qui s\u2019est\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.texas-holdem-no-limit.net\/joe-marchal-du-judo-au-poker.html\">reconverti dans le poker<\/a> et qui explique que la pratique du poker lui a permis de renouer avec son go\u00fbt pour la comp\u00e9tition et avec la ma\u00eetrise de sa force mentale.<\/p>\n<p>Autre exemple, le Fran\u00e7ais Roger\u00a0Hairabedian, finaliste des championnats de France en 1980, qui a lui aussi transf\u00e9r\u00e9 ses comp\u00e9tences vers le monde du poker.
