Women’s Self-Defense Instructor Course Level 1
Judo Canada’s goal is to train instructors so that this new program can be offered across Canada: in judo clubs, in schools, in women’s centers, etc.

This course is open to both men and women.
Training schedule:
Friday, February 7, 2025
6:00 pm – 8:00 pm: Theoretical training
Saturday, February 8, 2025
9 h 15 – 12 h 30 – Practical training 1 & 2 & 3- Numa Dojo
12 h 30 – 13 h 30 – lunch
1:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. – Practical training 4 & 5 & 6 – Numa Dojo
Sunday, February 9, 2025
9 h 30 – 12 h 30 – Training 7 & 8 & 10- Numa Dojo
12 h 30 – 13 h 30 – lunch
1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. – Review, practice and evaluation / presentation: diploma & gift – Numa Dojo
*Registration will be open until the number of places is full.
Courses fees are: 75 $

Each participant who completes the course will receive:
- A t-shirt
- A subscription to access the technique videos
- A diploma
- A theory notebook
- NCCP development points
