Judo Canada has officially inform all Provincial and Territorial Judo Associations that, effective July 1, 2026, Judo Canada will transition its membership management database from Trackie to Dokume. In addition, the current Shiai tournament management system will progressively be replaced by Dokume’s integrated tournament management software.

This transition represents an important modernization initiative aimed at improving the management experience for Provincial Associations, clubs, members, coaches, officials, and event organizers across Canada.

The transition process will occur in several phases:

  1. Creation of Provincial Accounts
The first step will consist of establishing each Provincial and Territorial Association account within the Dokume platform.
  2. Creation of Club Pages
Once Provincial accounts are completed, individual club pages will be created and validated.
  3. Importation of Membership Data
Following the setup of Provincial and club structures, existing member information will be imported into the new system.

To support this transition and answer questions, Judo Canada will organize a national Zoom information session for the PTSO’s only on June 2026.

We thank in advance all Provincial and Territorial Judo Associations for their collaboration and patience throughout this important modernization process.

We are confident that this transition will provide significant long-term benefits to the entire Canadian judo community.
