MONTREAL- GRAND PRIX- 2019- Selection process

Exceptionally for the Montreal Grand Prix 2019,  Judo Canada will adjust the minimum standards required and modify its selection process. See details:

Date of selection: May 20, 2019
Quota: 4 athletes per weight categories
General Statement: Judo Canada will not necessary fill all the quotas

Selection process:

As of May 20, 2019, all athletes will be rank per national team point, the top 4 athletes with minimum of D standard will be selected

If quotas are still available, the HP committee might add some athletes using those guidelines:

Potential Junior world team member 2019
Athletes with over 100 world ranking pts
Athletes with E standards and have competed minimally in u21 international event in the past
